  4. Delivery and Signing Instructions:
    • Please provide a valid shipping address and contact phone number where you (or an authorized person) can sign for the delivery.
    • When receiving your order, please inspect the packaging immediately before signing. Check if the outer packaging is intact, especially for fragile lighting products (e.g., glass lampshades, crystal chandeliers). Verify that the number of items matches your order details and that all documents are included. Do not sign for the delivery if the packaging is damaged, torn, or tampered with—you have the right to refuse acceptance in such cases.
    • If you are unable to sign in person, please authorize a trusted individual to receive the delivery and follow the inspection guidelines above. Our logistics partners are only responsible for delivering the package to the designated address; they cannot guarantee delivery to a specific individual.

Undeliverable Orders

 
Orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect information will be held by the logistics provider for 5 days. The Company will notify you via email to request updated delivery details. If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed.
