If you receive a lighting fixture that does not match its description, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for resolution.
Price
Unless an obvious pricing error is identified, your order will be confirmed at the price displayed on the Website at the time of payment. While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, the Company cannot guarantee that all listed prices are error-free and reserves the right to correct any mistakes.
If a pricing error is found on any of your ordered products, the Company will notify you promptly. You may then choose to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it. If the Company is unable to contact you, the order will be canceled automatically.
Order Acceptance
When you submit your order with your profile and payment details, the Company will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email is a confirmation of order receipt only and does not constitute order acceptance. A binding contract between you and the Company is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. Only the items listed in the shipping confirmation email are included in the contract.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- a) The ordered lighting product is out of stock, has been withdrawn due to failure to meet our quality standards, or is subject to shipping restrictions (e.g., oversized chandeliers, fragile glass fixtures).
- b) The Company discovers an error in the product’s price or description.
- c) The Company is unable to verify or authorize your payment.
- d) You are ineligible to make purchases under these Terms of Service.

Delivery and Pickup
When you place an order on the Website, you will receive an estimated delivery time frame. Our team will make every effort to deliver your order within this window, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control.
All orders are insured during shipping until the items are delivered and signed for. Upon receiving your lighting products, you are required to sign a delivery confirmation. You assume responsibility for the goods immediately after signing. If the recipient is not the original purchaser (e.g., a gift recipient), the signature of the person accepting delivery will be deemed proof of successful delivery, indicating that the Company has fulfilled its order obligations and responsibility for the goods has been transferred. The Company reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return
To ensure your complete satisfaction, the Company offers a 7-day no-reason return policy for most lighting products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- a) Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
- b) Returned lighting products must be in their original condition—unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. All original packaging, accessories (e.g., mounting hardware, bulbs, instruction manuals), and tags must be retained.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form included with your order and send it back with the item. If you have lost the form, contact our customer service team via email to obtain a new one.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, especially for oversized or fragile lighting fixtures. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
Responsibility
Any opinions expressed by designers, third-party sellers, or affiliates featured on this Website are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company. The Company is not liable for any such opinions or statements.
The Company does not warrant that the Website or its services will be error-free, nor does it guarantee that the Website or its supporting servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
