Return & Exchange Policy
The Company offers a 7-day return window for lighting products, starting from the date of receipt by the customer. You may request a return or exchange if your product meets any of the following conditions:
- The product has inherent quality defects (e.g., faulty wiring, non-functional switches, or manufacturing flaws).
- The product was damaged during transportation (e.g., cracked glass, bent metal frames).
- The wrong product was delivered, or the item received does not match your order details (and the product is unused and suitable for resale).
Non-Eligible Items for 7-Day No-Reason Return
The following items are excluded from our no-reason return policy:
- Customized lighting products (e.g., made-to-order chandeliers, personalized lamp shades).
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified (e.g., lamps with visible installation marks, cut wires, or damaged packaging due to installation).
- Products with worn, scratched, or damaged surfaces, functional parts, or accessories.
- Products with lost or severely damaged original packaging (unless the damage occurred during delivery), which affects their resale value.
- Products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and this restriction was clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.
- Any other items that are not in resalable condition.
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange
- Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (and it meets the eligibility criteria), please send an email to our after-sales service center within 7 days of receipt. Our team will respond to your request within 1–3 working days. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging for fragile items.
- Returns/Exchanges for Quality Reasons: If you receive a defective or damaged lighting product, please send an email to service@mail.quickveer.com within 7 days of receipt, including clear photos or videos of the issue. Our customer service team will approve your request within 1–3 working days, and the Company will cover all return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: For eligible returns, please contact the designated courier service to ship the item back. Once the courier confirms receipt of the returned product, they will notify our team. We will process your refund within 15 working days, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
When contacting customer service, please provide your order number, full name, contact phone number, and a detailed description of the return reason to ensure a smooth process.
